5/5. I’m fussy. And autistic. It was perfect!

Bought a car from this dealer. Enquired on Wednesday. My finance company had made a deal with them on the Thursday. Confirmed on Friday. Collected Saturday. Didn’t feel like I was rushed, didn’t feel like I was pressured (quite the opposite!) was allowed to make my own decisions at each step. Too soon to say how good the car will be long term, but if everything remains as it is, then I’m absolutely in love with the car and also the service I received. I did lots of research before making my decision, and it looks like it paid off.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Transit Connect from Quality Cars today. They were incredibly accommodating and professional throughout, going above and beyond to get the vehicle up to Manchester for me at short notice. We couldn't have asked for better. 5 stars.

Absolutely over the moon with my new car from these guys, they allowed me to go and test drive the car on the Saturday afternoon, and the car was fully MOT, serviced, cleaned very professionally, and communication was clear and concise answered all my queries even threw in a tank of petrol and new mats, excellent delivery costs and the gentleman who delivered it was so polite and professional, no hesitation in recommending this family business and I got my warranty paperwork on delivery. I love my new car. Thankyou.

Bought an insignia from quality cars and it's been a brilliant car. Travelled from Cardiff and was greet with a warm reception and at no time felt pushed or pressured. A problem with the sensor which local garages would not fix under the warranty but contacted Eren and resolved straight away. Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Eren. Brilliant communication and brilliant resolution. 5 star service

We purchased our daughter's first car from Quality cars in Nov '24. Absolutely no pressure to buy, was able to look at all the stock in our own time and test drove two cars. We had a list of questions which were all answered and once we decided to purchase we asked for a couple of small issues with the car to be sorted before we collected, which they happily did. A few weeks later the car had a coolant leak, we phoned and was advised to bring the car back and the issue was fixed by the following day with no charge. For peace of mind we chose to take out an extended warranty, but so far we have had no problems and the car sailed through it's MOT this week. Very happy with the service we received and would recommend Quality Cars.

As a senior citizen, I have lost count of the number of cars I have purchased over the years. Most of that time there were no online reviews, making it difficult to assess how good or bad a particular dealer was. However, in this modern age, it is vital that buyers provide reviews of their experiences, whether good or bad. Many satisfied customers never bother to leave a positive review, it’s usually just those with a moan. Invariably cars do require repairs from time to time, sometimes, as in our case, with no reflection on the supplier. The car we purchased did develop a problem and I have to say how pleasantly surprised I was at the response from Eren and his team. There was no hesitation in offering to repair the vehicle and with the benefit of a free courtesy vehicle. It wasn’t easy to obtain the parts for our foreign vehicle, however Eren never gave up and it wasn't long before we were able to collect our car which has now been running perfectly ever since. In summary we had a first class experience with Quality Cars of Bromham and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We bought a car from this dealer in March. On the way home, a dashboard warning light came on, which naturally made us second guess the purchase. However, after taking the car to our local garage and speaking with the seller, they covered the cost of the small issue immediately—no arguments, no excuses. We were genuinely impressed by their honesty and professionalism. Since then, the car has had no other issues, and we’re very happy with it. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealer to others!

This is a proper old school garage. We went to view a new car and the old one refused to move due to a leaking clutch slave. They lent me some tools so I could perform a temporary fix. Not only that, they part exed our old car and they also lent us something to get home while the finance was approved.

I've nothing but good things to say about these folk. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

Back in February I brought a car from this company. Shortly after started getting issues with the clutch pedal. Long story short I spoke to the dealership they told me to bring it down. Left it with them a few days then got an update saying it needed a new clutch then a few days later was told it was ready to collect. All in all happy with the service no problems or complaints 🙂

A lovely family selling reliable cars at a great price. All the staff are so patient and welcoming when visiting and I felt no pressure to make a purchase from them. I have bought two cars from Quality Cars now and would definitely use them again in the future!
