We purchased our daughter's first car from Quality cars in Nov '24. Absolutely no pressure to buy, was able to look at all the stock in our own time and test drove two cars. We had a list of questions which were all answered and once we decided to purchase we asked for a couple of small issues with the car to be sorted before we collected, which they happily did. A few weeks later the car had a coolant leak, we phoned and was advised to bring the car back and the issue was fixed by the following day with no charge. For peace of mind we chose to take out an extended warranty, but so far we have had no problems and the car sailed through it's MOT this week. Very happy with the service we received and would recommend Quality Cars.
